Our story
People Connexions was founded by Raju Chaliki, an HR and IT professional with more than 20 years of experience across Asia and the USA. One pattern kept coming up: capable people from smaller cities were overlooked — not for lack of skill, but for lack of access to the right openings, preparation and introductions.
We set out to close that gap. Employers get specialist recruiters who understand their roles. Candidates get honest advice, coaching and a route into companies in Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Noida and beyond.
