What we collect
- Details you give us: name, email, phone, city, CV, work history, current and expected salary, notice period.
- Records of your applications and interviews, and our notes on your fit for roles.
- Your consent choices, with the date and the policy version you agreed to.
- Basic technical data such as IP address and browser, used for security.
Why we use it
- Recruitment — to consider you for roles and contact you about them. We ask for this consent when you apply or register.
- Sharing with employers — only if you opt in, and only after a recruiter shortlists you. Profiles may first be shared without your name and contact details.
- Job alerts and career tips — only if you opt in separately.
Where it is stored
Your data is stored on secure servers that may be outside India. CVs are kept in private storage and are only reachable through short-lived links after a permission check. Every view, download, share and deletion of candidate data is logged.
How long we keep it
If your profile has no activity for 24 months, we ask whether you want to stay with us. If you don’t reply, we anonymise or delete it.
Your rights and data requests
- See the data we hold about you, and get a copy
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Withdraw consent — as easily as you gave it
- Ask us to delete your data
- Raise a grievance
With an account, you can do most of this from the privacy page of your candidate portal. Otherwise email our grievance officer at hr@peopleconnexions.com. We reply within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy we update the version above and, where the change matters, ask for your consent again.
